We are seeking a highly motivated research engineer to join our lab working on the development and application of cutting-edge spatial and single-cell omics technologies. The research engineer will perform experiments leveraging Spatial Transcriptomics (ST), Spatial metaTranscriptomics (SmT), and single-cell multiomics across diverse biological systems, including animal and plant tissues. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to method development and experimental workflows in a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment.
The research engineer will be based at SciLifeLab (Science for Life Laboratory) Stockholm & KTH, Department of Gene Technology, and will be supervised by Associate Professor Stefania Giacomello.
