Amplify impact delivering clinical trials in eating disorder research
Join a collaborative team advancing innovative mental health treatments
Research Fellow contributing to high-quality clinical research outcomes
The Opportunity
Join a leading research environment where the Research Fellow plays a key role in advancing treatments for eating disorders through the delivery of high-quality clinical trials. Based at the BrainPark facility and working in collaboration with the Australian Eating Disorders Research and Translation Centre, the position supports the design, implementation and dissemination of research aligned with Good Clinical Practice standards and regulatory requirements. The role contributes to the development of personalised interventions informed by both clinical expertise and lived experience.
The position is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of multi-site clinical trials, including the implementation of novel interventions. It also supports research outputs such as publications, conference presentations and funding submissions, while providing guidance to research staff and students. A strong focus on clinical trial management, data integrity and the effective use of systems such as REDCap underpins the delivery of rigorous and compliant research processes.
We are seeking someone with a doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology, with AHPRA endorsement in Clinical Psychology and clinical supervision accreditation. The role also calls for demonstrated experience in clinical trials, statistical analysis and research dissemination, alongside strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
The successful applicant will be appointed at either Level A or Level B, commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. Please specify in your cover letter the level that you are applying for.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful research with real-world impact, and we look forward to receiving your application.
