š¢ PhD Opportunity: Shape the Future of Energy Communities and Active Distribution Networks in Southern Spain! āļøā”
We are hiring! The SURET Research Group (University of Cadiz, Spain) is looking for a talented and motivated researcher to join our team under a fully funded FPI PhD Scholarship for a research project funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
šÆ The Project: ConEC. You will work on the project “Dynamic modelling and intelligent control of energy communities in active distribution networks“. We are moving beyond traditional grids to explore how Energy Communities and Prosumers can actively support the network. You will develop intelligent control algorithms and dynamic models to facilitate the integration and operation of renewables, storage systems and loads into active distribution networks.
š Where? The best of both worlds. You will be based at the Higher Technical School of Engineering of Algeciras (ETSIA), Algeciras (CĆ”diz), Spain.
