We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Research Project Manager to join our world-class School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences to manage the successful delivery of a major project entitled Optimising Medicine Information Handover After Discharge: A Stepped-Wedge Cluster Randomised Trial.
This project involves the implementation of a multifaceted intervention to streamline medicine information handover during transition of care from hospital to primary care clinicians, specifically general practitioners and community pharmacists. As the Research Project Manager, you will work closely with Chief Investigators to manage, coordinate and conduct research, essentially playing a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing management of this project.
