The position will carry out experimental work related to understanding how mutations in IRF4 and other transcription factors cause primary immunodeficiencies and cancer. The Technical Officer position will be a member of the Enders Laboratory within the Division of Immunology and Infectious Disease, JCSMR.
The Research Technician reports to A/Prof Anselm Enders at the John Curtin School of Medical Research, Division of Immunology and Infectious Disease, and will work under his general direction and that of lab member/s. They are required to work closely with staff and students within the group, and hence the role may also provide support, advice and training to staff and students.
