At Lilly Gene Therapy, we are developing a pipeline of gene therapies to slow or stop the underlying disease process for patients with genetic disorders. The Analytical Development team is a tight-knit group of energetic, inquisitive, fun, and motivated individuals. We work closely on Lilly Gene Therapy's programs to progress our mission of curing disease. We are a tight-knit group within Lilly, responsible for developing and running robust and innovative analytical methods to support internal and external manufacturing processes, while also staying on the groundbreaking of industry standards.
We are seeking a motivated individual who can take on ownership of established molecular biology assays as well as contribute to the development of new innovative assays for testing our gene therapy drug candidates.
BS or MS with 2-3 + years of lab experience with molecular biology techniques

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $71,250 – $187,000.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
