The Screening Biology group at the Lilly Seaport Boston site is seeking scientists with experience in assay development. As part of the Discovery Technology Platform within Lilly's Small Molecule Discovery organization, the group develops and performs both cell-free and cell-based assays to characterize small molecules and proteins in support of drug discovery projects in multiple therapeutic areas. The team works closely with contract research organizations (CROs) to consistently generate high-quality data that enables informed decision-making to help advance drug discovery projects.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $71,250 – $127,600.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
