Within our Analytical Services team, we have a functional service provider solution, which is a unique partnership that allows our customers to leverage the experience of our staff, while allowing you, the employee, to gain direct experience working onsite at a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical company, all while maintaining full-time benefits.
In this role you will provide analytical testing support as requested by the client. You would be involved with HPLC (Waters / Empower 2 or 3) ELISA, Gel Electrophoresis, PCR, and other types of assays.
This is a fully onsite role based at our customer's site in Devens, MA. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. Previous industry experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of applicable regulatory authority, compendia, and ICH guidelines. Have experience in pharmaceutical research and development or in providing analytical chemistry support. Possess working knowledge and/or experience in modern biologic analytical techniques, including HPLC, immunological assays (ELISA), gel and capillary electrophoresis, qPCR etc. Have training in or will be trained in areas such as chromatographic methods, use of analytical tools and other pharmaceutical analysis. Have experience with MS Office. Have the ability to work effectively in team situations and to work independently as needed. Have the flexibility to succeed in a dynamic and changing environment. Have a firm command of the English language and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to perform tasks. Good written and oral communication skills. Time management and project management skills. Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work in a collaborative work environment with a team.
Working Environment: Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner. Able to work upright and stationary and/or standing for typical working hours. Able to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Able to work in non-traditional work environments. Able to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency. May have exposure to potentially hazardous elements, including infectious agents, typically found in healthcare or laboratory environments. Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities.
