We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Scientist in cancer pharmacology with a track record of scientific excellence in the area of in vivo cancer modeling to join our team in Waltham, MA USA. As a Scientist in the IO Discovery group, you will be a key member of a team focused on delivering all aspects of in vivo pharmacology support. You will bring your theoretical and practical expertise to establish and support mouse models, assay systems, and deliver datasets that will have a direct impact on the drug discovery process and pipeline.
This is a laboratory-based position within Oncology Research where you will conduct and analyze both in vivo experiments to assess the function of our candidate oncology drugs and dissect the mechanism of action of novel cancer therapeutics. You will be expected to support cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with project leaders to ensure the timely generation and dissemination of critical program data. As a highly organized, self-motivated individual with a strong background in laboratory science, you will stay up to date with relevant technical and intellectual scientific expertise in tumor biology, pharmacology, and cancer modeling and have a genuine passion for this field of research.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $99,252.00 – $138,378.00. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
