-Design, plan, perform, interpret and report results of scientific experiments for the preparation and timely delivery of drug substances (DS), drug products (DP), processes and procedures within a multifunctional project team coordinated by a Project Leader. Manage technical lab/plant activities.

-Management Track Lead a team for the development of pharmaceutical/biological/cell-gene therapies working in a small manufacturing plant environment. Execute the functional strategy and drive operational excellence in line with TRD vision and strategy. Ensure full portfolio support in line with GDD, Sandoz, NTO and NIBR plans.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Expertise in handling Gastroplus, Phoenix WinNonlin and DDD Plus software in performing the in-silico simulations to support the generic formulation development
• Expertise in Pharmacokinetic modeling and establishment of PBPK and IVIVC models
• Collaborate with associates for the in vitro experimentations such as solubility, IDR and development of biorelevant and discriminatory dissolution methods
• Review of raw data from various in vitro experiments and BE studies
• Independently write protocols, reports or lab procedures based on templates
• Work in close collaboration with multifunctional project team
• Independently perform and document in silico modeling and simulation for various biopharmaceutical activities.
• Thorough knowledge on the functionality of excipients used in OSDs
• Provide documentation and draw relevant conclusions independently and design next experiments; supervise project related scientific/technical activities.
• Communicate, address and solve problems (e.g. deviations and unexpected results from experiments) within own and broader area of responsibility; communicate effectively across organizational interfaces

What you'll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Experience of 6-9 years in Biopharmaceutics R&D, IVIVC from generic pharmaceutical industry.
• M Pharm (Biopharmaceutics, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacology); Ph D (Pharmaceutical Sciences; Pharmaceutical Technology)
• Attributes required of the job e.g. the ability to work independently; the ability to work in a team; shows initiative; able to work with all levels of staff.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
