Research Scientist or Postdoctoral Researcher

The RIKEN Center for Computational Science (R-CCS) is seeking a Research Scientist or a Postdoctoral Researcher to advance AI for Science research within the TRIP-AGIS project. The successful candidate will coordinate collaboration between AGIS's foundation models of life and medical science project and R-CCS, while conducting research and development in one or more of the following areas:

• Research and development of interfaces to connect high-performance software developed for scientific research, such as GENESIS, with Python ecosystems and AI agents
• Research and development to automate structural ensemble data analysis obtained from molecular dynamics simulations and other methods, facilitating exploratory analysis by users and AI agents
• Research and development of generative AI-based foundational technologies to seamlessly combine measurement data obtained from cutting-edge measurement techniques such as High-Speed AFM and Cryo-EM/ET with simulation data
