Position Summary: You will use data and analytics to help teams make better decisions that improve health outcomes. You will work closely with scientists, engineers and business partners to design models, run analyses and turn results into clear, actionable recommendations. Responsibilities: This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Build, validate and maintain predictive and prescriptive models using structured and unstructured data.
• Prepare and clean datasets, run exploratory analysis, and document data sources and assumptions.
• Translate technical findings into clear recommendations and visualisations for non-technical partners.
• Collaborate with engineers to productionise models, automate data pipelines and monitor model performance.
• Design experiments and statistical tests to measure the impact of interventions and guide decisions.
• Mentor junior colleagues, share best practices and contribute to reproducible workflows.

Why You? Basic Qualification: We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, data science, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applied data science experience in industry, consulting or research.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and model development.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms and model evaluation.
• Practical experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Experience deploying models to production on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience building data pipelines, using orchestration tools and working with large-scale data platforms.
• Background or experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical data or public health analytics.
• Knowledge of model monitoring, governance, explainability or fairness practices.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model with some on-site presence in India.

Location and Working Model: This role is based in India and follows a hybrid working model. You will combine focused on-site collaboration with remote work, as agreed with your manager.
