The TMIG group under School of Materials Science & Engineering is looking to recruit a high-caliber senior research fellow, who will be a part of an international team addressing a major concern of antibiotics usage in cellular agriculture research and development stages in the industry. The purpose of the project is the development of non-antibiotic mitigants that will be safe to use and approved by regulators.
Experience in developing microfluidics-based delivery system. Biocompatible soft materials, nanoencapsulation, microfluidics and lipid nanoparticle research are some of the preferred requirements for this position. This role will also provide opportunity to lead and develop sub-projects, in-line with the vision of the program which is the development of broad-spectrum and targeted mitigants for industry representative bacterial targets.
