We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Scientist, Assay Development to be onsite in Cambridge, MA.
Purpose: The In Vivo Antibody Discovery group within Biologics Discovery is responsible for lead antibody generation from immunized animals with state-of-the-art technologies including single B cell sorting, hybridoma, display and microfluidics. As a member of the IVAD Group, this role will be responsible for the development and implementation of biochemical or cell-based binding and functional assays to support antibody generation against targets in different disease areas. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in assay development on Beacon microfluidics will be preferred. A strong understanding of cell biology and disease molecular pathways will also be important. This is a critical function in a multifaceted Biologics Discovery organization committed to bringing the next generation of biotherapeutic molecules to patients. We are looking for a motivated candidate with scientific and technical expertise who can collaborate across discovery areas to bring value to our portfolio of innovative drug concepts. Proficiency to work within a highly coordinated, fast-paced environment will be a significant attribute. An additional knowledge base in the areas of oncology, immunology, infectious disease, or cardiovascular disease would be a plus. If this sounds like you, come join our team!

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $105,000-$169,050
