2m+ is the number of compound samples managed by the global Discovery Sciences (DSc) compound management (CM) group, enabling 5000+ scientists and 200+ research projects on behalf of Novartis BioMedical Research (BR). We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and experienced compound logistics expert to join our CM group in our research headquarters, Cambridge, MA, US. You and your lab colleagues will accelerate drug discovery by producing high quality compound stocks in various formats, implementing new capabilities in the Compound Hub (CPH) and working closely with your colleagues in global DSc CM (Cambridge USA and Basel Switzerland).
The salary for this position is expected to range between $98,700 and $183,300 USD Annual per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
