Develop protocols, plans, and documentation for laboratory experiments.
Support experiment execution and ensure accurate data reporting.
Prepare materials for customer updates together with the project leader.
Work closely with project leaders and act as a backup when needed.
Provide expertise in chromatography, filtration, and related DSP areas.
Support data evaluation and contribute to statistical analyses.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project workflows.
M.S. in biotechnology or a related field, or a B.S. with relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of protein chemistry, purification, chromatography, and filtration.
Experience with statistical analysis; skills in JMP or bioinformatics are a strong advantage.
A proactive, reliable, and positive team player.
Strong communication skills in English; German skills are an advantage.
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet project timelines.
A flexible mindset and willingness to support cross-functional work.
