Job Description Summary
The Cardiovascular and Metabolic Disease Area (CVM) within Novartis Biomedical Research (BR) is committed to discovering transformative medicines to treat cardiovascular and metabolic disorders. We are seeking a laboratory-based in vitro Scientist who is experienced, excited to join our CVM team, and motivated to directly drive drug discovery at the bench. Here you will advance our understanding of disease biology and the discovery of new drugs by contributing to target validation, assay development, and drug screening efforts within the disease area and in collaboration with the larger research organization. This position will be located at Cambridge, MA and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
