As part of the Product and Analytical Sciences group, the energetic and self-motivated Sr. Scientist will serve as both a functional program leader or technical lead and as an independent contributor bench scientist to achieve program, platform, and functional objectives.
Where applicable, the incumbent may also serve as liaison between the Product Sciences sub-function and Clinical routine testing groups, CMC, Analytical Strategy, Informatics and/or Translational research teams as part of his/her work. Scientifically, the incumbent will lead/co-lead the design, execution and interpretation of complex experiments/studies related to the development of new/enhanced knowledge regarding CAR T cell products, intermediates, starting materials as it applies to the manufacturing process and clinical or manufacturing-related investigations within a CMC technical development function.

Compensation Overview: Warren – NJ – US: $112,900 – $136,805
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
