Senior Manager Application Scientist

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Manager Application Scientist to join our team in Hyderabad. This position offers the chance to create and present coordinated workflow applications in Clinical Diagnosis using pioneering technologies and products. Roles & Responsibilities

• Cross-divisional Workflow Integration: Combine instruments (e.g., LC-MS/MS, immunoassays), consumables (e.g., SPE cartridges, clinical reagents), software, and automation solutions from CMD, SDG, and Digital Science groups.
• Application Areas: Focus on infectious disease, endocrinology, metabolic disorders, therapeutic drug monitoring, and emerging biomarker analysis.
• Customer-Centric Demonstrations: Conduct live workflow demonstrations, method development, and training at the CEC to support customer evaluation and adoption.
• Collaborative Development: Partner with global product and application teams to pilot and localize workflows tailored for India and APAC markets.

Required Qualifications

• Postgraduate / PhD in Chemistry (Analytical / Organic), Biochemistry, or Pharmacy, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in clinical and translational research, diagnostics, and routine testing.
• Strong background in integrating various technological solutions to develop flawless workflows.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across divisions and with global teams.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively conduct demonstrations and trainings.
