We are seeking an Automation Scientist/Engineer to lead automation initiatives supporting ADC Discovery within Pfizer's Oncology Research Unit. This role partners with subject matter experts in the Protein and Bioanalytical Sciences, Pharmacology, and Biology teams to analyze current processes and identify impactful automation improvements in cell screening, protein and ADC production, and sample distribution. The Engineer will drive and support projects that streamline workflows, enhance key productivity indicators, and accelerate cancer therapeutics research. These activities will require onsite work at our Bothell, WA campus.
