Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for Sr Scientist, Data Science – R&D DSDH – Discovery Biologics. The primary location for this position is open to Cambridge, MA or Spring House, PA.

Join us as a Data Scientist and play a pivotal role in the creation of a suite of innovative biologics discovery solutions, developed through a dynamic collaboration between R&D Data Science, Therapeutics Discovery, and IT. These solutions will enhance the impact of AI/ML and advanced analytics in our drug discovery processes, accelerating timelines through improved, data-driven decision-making. Your primary focus will be to design, build, and maintain a configurable, user-friendly, scalable, and integrated suite of data pipelines and workflows to drive scientific learning in Therapeutics Discovery.
In order to scientifically collaborate with our Therapeutics Discovery – Biologics department, the candidate needs a basic understanding of biology, antibody design, and protein engineering. This knowledge helps the candidate design and develop data solutions that align with our Biologics workflows, such as data analysis tools, modeling solutions, or visualization platforms.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $109,000.00 – $174,800.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
