At Fischer Clinical Services, Lengnau, you'll be at the forefront of innovation! As a Sr. Scientist New Product Introduction, you will play a pivotal role in integrating new products into our Quality Control department, ensuring all aspects are meticulously addressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the seamless integration of new products into the Quality Control department.
• Lead the transfer of analytical methods from customers to laboratories, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and associated SOPs.
• Provide strategies and plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for development and customers during the process.
• Focus on continuous improvement, finding opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer happiness within NPI and QC activities.
• Ensure that all QC activities related to new products meet regulatory and company standards.
• Support the development and validation of analytical methods for new products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with a focus on method transfer and new product introduction.
• Strong background in analytical methods transfer and regulatory compliance.
• Outstanding ability to provide strategic plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ambitious approach with a focus on continuous improvement and flawless execution.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
