Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Sr. Scientist (R1-R2) to design, execute, and analyze high-throughput in vitro screening and evaluation of oligonucleotide therapeutics, supporting early-phase drug discovery programs. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot qPCR, cell-based, and biochemical assays to evaluate siRNA and other RNA therapeutics. Apply bioinformatics and statistical methods to analyze experimental data and contribute to compound progression decisions. Help with design and implementation of semi-automated and automated workflows using liquid handling systems and plate-based assays to enhance laboratory efficiency. Maintain accurate electronic laboratory notebooks and prepare data summaries for cross-functional teams. Work in a fast-paced R&D environment supporting multiple projects and collaborating across diverse scientific teams to advance pipeline goals.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $71,250.00 – $187,000.00 per year.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
