We’re looking for a dedicated Postdoc to join our research team, where science meets clinical relevance. You will work directly with patient-derived samples to test drug responses – contributing to science that makes a difference. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role with meaningful outcomes for young patients.

Your responsibilities

Maintenance and further development of a computational pipeline for drug response profiling in pediatric AML
Development of advanced computer vision models for pipeline improvements: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.xcrm.2025.102304
Multi-omics analysis including high-throughput data from image-based drug screens
Engagement in an existing skilled technical team for sample processing and wetlab assay optimization
Data interpretation and reporting for drug screens on individual patients

Your profile

What you bring for this position:

PhD in a relevant subject, e.g. molecular biology, bioinformatics or related field
Strong data analysis and coding skills in Python
Experience with pediatric leukemias or precision oncology
Experience with biological image analysis and machine learning for computer vision
Excellent communication skills
Excellent verbal and written English language skills (German is not required)
