The Aravamuthan Lab is seeking a Staff Scientist to help lead R01-funded work to develop treatment targets for dystonia using mouse models of brain injury. Candidates should have a PhD in neuroscience or a related field and have experience with mouse behavioral analysis and intracranial survival surgeries. They will help lead a research team to collaboratively design research protocols, develop and conduct experiments, conduct data analysis, and ensure thorough and accurate documentation of experimental results.

Salary Range: $48,000.00 – $86,900.00 / Annually. The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
