One Research Specialist III position is available immediately in the laboratory of Dr. Q. Jane Wang at the Department of Pharmacology and Chemical Biology, University of Pittsburgh, to study protein kinase signaling in cancer and other diseases. The areas of study include signal transduction, gene regulation, mouse genetics, drug discovery and development. This is a staff position equivalent to a lab technician. The candidate will oversee daily lab operations, maintain mouse colonies, perform routine lab procedures, and train junior fellows and students. The salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
