Key achievements are: Identified and characterized pathogenic variants in Pakistani families inherited patterns • Developed SOPs for genomic workflows and supervised undergraduate research projects • Trained lab members in genomic techniques, data analysis, and scientific writing. • Prepared and delivered research presentations at international collaborations and lab meetings.

I was a visiting researcher at the University of Tartu, Estonia, in 2022, where I contributed to: Analyzed disease-associated variants in Estonian biobank population genomic data collaborative project

Visiting Research Fellow to the University of Exeter Medical School, UK, in 2020-21: Whole exome sequencing of enrolled families having neurodevelopmental disorders. DNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, PCR, primer designing, and Sanger sequencing analysis. Manuscript writing on identified pathogenic variants.
