Supervision preferences
I am currently completing my PhD in Computational Biology and working mostly independently on designing and executing my research. I am comfortable taking initiative and managing my own tasks, but I am also regularly discussing my progress and results with my supervisor for validation and feedback. I am not looking for a strictly instruction-based role. Instead, I prefer a position where I work independently, with regular review meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.
