In my research projects, I consistently spearheaded initiatives independently, from conceptual design through execution and analysis. At the same time, I’ve made collaboration a natural extension of that independence—bringing others into projects I had intellectual ownership of and mentoring them in a way that allowed them to contribute meaningfully. For example, I guided a colleague to take over my project as I prepared to graduate, ensuring continuity while transferring both technical expertise and broader strategic context. This balance of independence, leadership, and collaborative mentorship has been a hallmark of my work.

Supervision preferences
I prefer a trust-based supervisory relationship that allows me to work independently while applying my troubleshooting and optimization skills. I value clearly defined objectives and periodic check-ins to ensure alignment with broader project goals.
