During my master's internship i took part on a project about the mechanism of action of the anorectic drug cagrilintide. We performed experiments on mouse models to investigate the role of calcitonin receptor-expressing neurons, particularly in area postrema and arcuate nucleus, in the modulation of feeding behavior and neuronal activation upon cagrilintide injections
