Main Responsibilities:

• Define and carry out all analytical activities on the active ingredient, related substance, and finished product (mainly oral forms), respecting HSE rules and project planning, within the framework of:
• Physico-chemical characterization (solubility, forced degradation, etc.)
• Development and validation of analytical methods
• Batch control and associated stability studies
• Analytical support for the development of synthesis processes of active principles and formulations
• Analytical transfers
• Analytical expertise in case of investigation
• Write all necessary documentation for the completion of activities, from the elaboration phase (protocol, procedure, etc.) to the closure phase (report, synthesis of results), ensuring data traceability and respecting GMP conditions when required. You will contribute to the writing of clinical dossiers and submissions.
• Be responsible for equipment, their qualification, and their follow-up in a GMP context.
• Represent the department within CMC project teams as a project team member and during internal scientific presentations.
• Act as an expert on one or two techniques of the service, carry out scientific and regulatory monitoring associated with them, and provide training or support for any colleague in need.
• Propose and conduct innovation initiatives, individually or as a team, in the fields of analytical techniques, their automation, as well as in the integration of modeling and artificial intelligence software. You ensure their visibility internally (meetings, events) and externally (publications, congresses, conferences).

• Experience: Significant experience of more than 2 years in analytical development
• Know-how & Know-why:
• Good knowledge in physico-chemical analysis techniques with deep expertise in chromatography
• Good knowledge of regulations and GMP rules
• Team spirit
• Autonomy, decision-making capacity, and initiative
• Communication skills to interact with internal and external partners
• Curiosity and ability to adapt to the use of new equipment, digital tools, and modeling as well as in automation and the use of artificial intelligence.
• Education: Master's degree, Engineer, Doctorate in Chemistry, Physics or Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Languages: French and English
