I am looking for a motivated Ph.D. student to join my lab at the Department of Psychology, Ariel University (in collaboration with computational and engineering partners).
This position is part of an innovative research project focused on brain hyperscanning—simultaneous neural recording from interacting individuals—and the application of computational methods such as graph theory and machine learning to understand social interaction and mental processes.
The Project Focuses On:
Computational Social Neuroscience: Studying brain-to-brain dynamics during real-time interaction
Graph Theory: Modeling inter-brain connectivity and network organization
Machine Learning: Identifying patterns and predictive markers from hyperscanning data
Brain Hyperscanning (EEG/fNIRS): Neural synchrony and interpersonal coordination
Who are we looking for?
Background in: Psychology, Neuroscience, Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
Technical Orientation:
Computational applicants: interest in brain and behavior
