AI Singapore Office Operations Support

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF), Singapore, to build and anchor deep national capabilities in AI. AISG is supported through a government-wide partnership including the NRF, Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore (ESG). We bring together research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies to support impactful research, develop talent, and power Singapore's AI efforts.

The candidate will primarily support office operations of AISG.

This position will be hosted at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) under VP (Artificial Intelligence & Digital Economy)'s office and we welcome you to join our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with NTU administrative offices and different teams within AISG to support all procurement matters (Small Value Purchase, Simplified Quotation, Invitation to Quote, Direct Contracting & Invitation to Tender), while ensuring adherence to university policies.
• Support effective office operations of AISG, including tracking AISG's assets, supporting onboard / offboard of AISG staff, and managing AISG's office environment.
• Oversees daily operations to ensure a safe, functional and well maintained workplace.
• Administer employee access requirements.
• Support the setup and coordination of training sessions, meetings and corporate events.
• Provide administrative support for senior management meetings, including coordination of logistics and visitor arrangements.

Qualification:

• Possess a Degree and at least 2 years' experience in relevant field.
• Possess time, task, and resource management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines and high operational volumes.
