Conduct independent and collaborative research using human data, human biospecimens, and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-based models to investigate the molecular factors and pathways underlying cardiovascular disease. Design and perform experiments involving iPSC culture and differentiation, molecular and cellular assays, and biospecimen processing. Contribute to the design, implementation, and analysis of human cohort studies, including integration of clinical, biomarker, and genetic data. Analyze and interpret experimental and clinical data using appropriate statistical methods. Maintain accurate research records and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements. Prepare manuscripts, grant applications, and scientific presentations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams. Provide technical training and day-to-day guidance to students and junior research personnel as needed.
