The Analytical Commercialization Technology (ACT) department within Analytical Chemistry in Development and Supply (ACDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Scientist at our West Point, PA site in our small molecule drug product Preliminary Stability Study testing laboratory.
In this role, you will be utilizing analytical characterization technologies and compliance principles to drive method robustness and high-quality stability data in support of late-stage pharmaceutical drug product development and commercialization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, stability sample analysis, SOP authoring, contributing to new technology or continuous improvement measures for optimized laboratory operations, and day-to-day problem solving. The successful candidate must have a proactive mindset and be able to collaborate in a dynamic and compliance-focused environment.

The salary range for this role is $71,900.00 – $113,200.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
