The Lilly Gene Therapy Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced scientist to join our CAR Discover team. This role will be instrumental in the design, development, and optimization of novel Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in oncology.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $71,250 – $187,000.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
