Job Responsibility:

• Experiment design that include structural based target protein design, molecular cloning, and construct identification
• Demonstrates technical ability to design and execution of non-routine experiments with minimal supervision(ex, protein expression, purification and identification by analytical methods). Assist in project design strategy
• Applies basic scientific principles with minimal guidance; Performs literature searches and extracts relevant information from published protocols.
• Demonstrates the ability to correctly analyze data/results and interpret outcome of experiments and to propose action plan.
• Communicates own work effectively orally and in writing; Contributes to writing protocols, procedures, and technical reports; provide input for scientific reports.
• Reports and treats data with a high level of integrity and ethics.
• Complies with applicable regulations, performing all work in a safe manner; Maintains proper records in accordance with SOPs and policies.

Job Requirements:

• Doctor's degree, with great accomplishments exampled by paper or patent(fresh PhD), or with 2-3 years working experiences, or PostDoc.
• Preferred major: Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Protein Science, Structural Biology, Bioprocess Engineering, Biophysics, Proteomics, Bioinformatics, and so on.
• Hands on experience with molecular biology techniques, protein expression, protein purification, and analytical characterization methods is essential.
• Experiences in using sequence analysis software programs is a plus.
• Strong background in theory and performance protein expression and purification techniques, gene cloning and detection techniques, as well as protein and nucleic acid analytical methods is preferred.
• Ability to function in multi-disciplinary teams is required. Apply knowledge of basic theory and scientific principles. Be able to draft portions of technical reports. Ability to learn new technology and concepts and apply appropriately with minimal supervision. Concise and accurate reporting of technical data and information.
• Be familiar with applicable regulations.
• The role requires highly motivated, dependable and well-organized individual who is able to operate with minimal supervision.
• Language skills & proficiency: good command of both English & Chinese orally and written
