Genethra is seeking a Biostatistics, Real-World Evidence & Trial Simulation Scientist to support innovative trial designs, digital biomarkers, real-world data analysis, and in silico clinical trial simulation.

NOTE: Genethra is a subsidiary of BalanX Bio focused specifically on advancing biology-driven research and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support adaptive trial designs, virtual control arms, and simulation-based study planning.
• Analyze real-world evidence, wearable data, imaging data, or digital biomarkers.
• Build statistical models to support clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with AI teams on digital twin and in silico trial platforms.
• Prepare analyses for internal reports, regulatory discussions, or research documentation.

Requirements

• Background in biostatistics, epidemiology, data science, clinical research, or related field.
• Experience with R, Python, SAS, or statistical modeling tools.
• Familiarity with real-world evidence or digital biomarkers is preferred.
• Strong understanding of study design and data interpretation.
• Interest in AI-augmented clinical development.
