Genethra is seeking a Space Biology & Human Adaptation Scientist to support research on radiation biology, microgravity adaptation, closed-loop life support compatibility, and long-term human resilience in extreme environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Study biological responses to radiation, microgravity, isolation, and extreme environments.
• Support development of interventions that improve resilience and adaptation.
• Analyze space biology, physiology, genomics, and systems biology datasets.
• Collaborate with enhancement, ethics, and therapeutic teams.
• Contribute to long-term research planning for human adaptation beyond Earth.

Requirements

• Background in space biology, radiation biology, physiology, astrobiology, or related field.
• Familiarity with NASA, ESA, or spaceflight research is preferred.
• Strong experimental or computational biology skills.
• Interest in responsible human adaptation research.
• Ability to work across biology, AI, and ethics teams.
