Genethra is seeking a Computational Biology & Multi-Omics AI Researcher to help build AI systems that integrate genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, imaging, clinical data, and other biological datasets. This role supports the development of models that can generate biological insights, predict intervention outcomes, and guide experimental validation.

NOTE: Genethra is a subsidiary of BalanX Bio focused specifically on advancing biology-driven research and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate multi-omics datasets into unified computational models.
• Build or support AI/ML pipelines for biological prediction and hypothesis generation.
• Collaborate with experimental teams to translate model outputs into validation studies.
• Analyze large biological datasets to identify patterns, biomarkers, and therapeutic opportunities.
• Support development of biological foundation models and internal research tools.

Requirements

• Background in computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, data science, or related field.
• Experience working with multi-omics data.
• Strong Python or R skills.
• Familiarity with machine learning methods for biological data.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and scientific teams.
