Genethra is seeking a Translational & Clinical Strategy Scientist to help move discoveries from research into clinical development. This role supports study design, biomarker planning, safety monitoring, and early clinical strategy.

NOTE: Genethra is a subsidiary of BalanX Bio focused specifically on advancing biology-driven research and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support translational plans for genetic medicine, cell therapy, longevity, or AI-designed interventions.
• Help design proof-of-concept studies and early clinical development strategies.
• Identify biomarkers, endpoints, dosing considerations, and safety monitoring needs.
• Collaborate with discovery, regulatory, and clinical teams.
• Translate preclinical findings into clinical research plans.

Requirements

• Background in translational science, clinical pharmacology, medicine, biotechnology, or related field.
• Understanding of clinical development and biomarker strategy.
• Experience with gene therapy, biologics, or advanced therapeutics is preferred.
• Strong scientific writing and communication skills.
• Interest in responsible clinical translation.
