You will provide medical and scientific leadership for one or more complex clinical trials within our Inflammation and Immunology portfolio. You will be responsible for the clinical integrity, scientific quality, and patient safety of clinical studies, partnering closely with Clinical Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, efficient trials that advance innovative medicines.
You will play a critical role in protocol development, study execution, data interpretation, and risk management, while serving as the primary clinical contact for investigators and internal study teams. This position offers the opportunity to influence both study-level and program-level clinical deliverables, contribute to regulatory filings, and support the development of clinicians through matrix leadership.
This is a hybrid role requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
