The Clinical Laboratory Technologist II supports the daily operations of the microarray testing platform within the Clinical Genomics Laboratory. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of test results through adherence to established protocols and quality standards. The technologist applies advanced technical skills to perform high-complexity testing, troubleshoot assay and instrumentation issues, and verify results for clinical reporting. They contribute to maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements in the CAP/CLIA environment and participate in quality assurance and quality control activities.
