The Department of Urology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA invites applications for the Director of the Institute of Urologic Oncology (IUO). The Director of the IUO will provide visionary leadership to advance clinical care, research, and education in urologic cancers. Reporting to the Chair of the Department of Urology and the Executive Committee of the IUO, this role is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the institute, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and driving innovation in patient-centered oncology services. The Director will serve as a key departmental and institutional leader, promoting excellence in academic and translational research, oversee clinical trials, mentor faculty and trainees, and expand the institute's scope and reputation.

This is a full-time faculty leadership position with rank and compensation commensurate with experience. The Director will maintain clinical, research, and teaching responsibilities in alignment with institutional goals. The candidate will be considered for The Spielberg Family Chair in Urologic Oncology.
