The analytical development organization for large biological molecules (e.g., antibodies and cell and gene therapy compounds) in Schaffhausen provides highly specialized and unique support in the areas of marketed products, fill-finish pilot plant analytics, and device characterization. In this position, you are responsible for further developing the center of excellence (CoE) in the field of material identification and characterization for cell and gene therapy related drug products. Your dedication and customer focus are critical to ensuring high-quality, technically profound, and timely investigations in a dynamic R&D and commercial environment. After thorough on-the-job training, you will be responsible for conducting material defect and particle investigations using highly specialized and state-of-the-art technologies. You will also execute and report the corresponding analyses in a GMP-regulated environment by understanding the process and urgency of supporting analytical investigations in the CoE for material and particle identification.
