Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (HS Clinical or Clinical X) Department of Radiation Oncology
Genitourinary/Gynecologic Tumors The Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), seeks to recruit a full-time faculty member (MD or MD/PhD) as a clinical and academic radiation oncologist specializing in genitourinary and gynecologic cancers. Appointment will be made at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the Health Sciences Clinical or Clinical X series, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Descriptions of these series may be found in the UCSF online Academic Personnel Manual.
The successful candidate will have expertise in the management of genitourinary and gynecologic malignancies, including external beam radiotherapy, stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), and brachytherapy. Experience in brachytherapy for multiple disease sites, with a particular focus on prostate cancer, is highly desirable. The faculty member will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of radiologists, pathologists, urologists, medical oncologists, gynecological oncologists and surgeons to develop and deliver comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing advanced imaging, simulation, and treatment technologies.
