As an Implementation Scientist within the UQ ULTRA Team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering and evaluating the implementation methodologies within a clinical trial led by the Australian Kidney Trials Network (AKTN).
The IMPLEMENT-CKD project is a co-designed, multi-phased, multi-country health systems strengthening intervention aimed at improving equitable access to and sustained use of SGLT2i in Thailand, the Pacific Islands and other countries. The study is a multi-phased, mixed-method, adaptive implementation study that is tailored to local contexts, emphasising stakeholder engagement, cultural adaptation, and scalable care models.
Working in a collaborative and high-performing environment, you'll coordinate pre-implementation stakeholder engagement and codesign activities including local context assessments and workshops, supporting local champions, co-develop, and monitor tailored implementation strategies that address local barriers and enablers. This will lead to the co-development of the Implementation Strategy Framework for IMPLEMENT-CKD in collaboration with the broader trial team.
