The Sustainability Data Solutions and AI team is part of the Sustainability Strategy and Insights Department in Novo Nordisk. The team consists of highly skilled data analysts and data engineers as well as business analysts who drive data analytics on the sustainability agenda on behalf of Novo Nordisk. The Department is currently consisting of 7 people in HQ, 2 colleagues in Poland and 2 colleagues in Bangalore, India. We work closely with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk to implement the sustainability strategy across our entire value chain.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600DKK to 1,091,600DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate's skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
