What You Will Do
Within Amgen's Research and Development organization, the Therapeutic Protein Design (TPD) team supports the broad goal of advancing and applying computational protein design to revolutionize how biologic therapeutics are made.
In this vital role you will work with a cross functional team of scientists and engineers building foundational models that are used, tested, and trained on real world applications of generative design to the development of therapeutic biomolecules. Providing technical leadership and partnering across broad discovery areas of research, you will:
Develop and implement groundbreaking machine learning and protein science solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 2 years of machine learning experience OR Bachelor's degree and 4 years of machine learning experience OR Associate's degree and 8 years of machine learning experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
