Should include the PhD advisor as the first reference. If that’s not possible, a short explanation must be provided stating the reason (retirement, inaccessibility, etc.) for the exclusion, in this document.
5) Unofficial Transcripts: Unofficial electronic copies of undergraduate (bachelor’s), master’s degree (if applicable) and PhD education transcripts (or grade reports). If the transcripts are in any language other than English, their translations are needed.
6) Diplomas: Electronic copies of undergraduate (Bachelor’s), master’s degree (if applicable) and PhD diplomas. If the diplomas are in any language other than English, their translations are also required. If a PhD diploma is not awarded yet, an alternative document indicating the status of the thesis (preferably from the university) and expected graduation time (year, month), must be included.
All the documents must be combined into a single PDF file and named as “Name_SURNAME_All_Documents.pdf” before uploading to the PSU Career Portal, under the “Resume/CV/Cover Letter/Additional Documents” heading in the “Experience” step. If the file cannot be successfully uploaded due to size restrictions or other problems, it should be sent as an email attachment to the Principal Investigator ( yuzun@ pennstatehealth.psu.edu ) after completing all the steps in the PSU Career Portal and submitting the application.
Notes:
1) This is NOT a remote-working position.
2) In order for the applications to be processed, all 6 required documents listed above MUST be present in the application file.
